Buying things increases blood flow, and this alone helps generate creativity, but going shopping where there are many stores helps us draw inspiration from the brands we see and the execution of products/visuals/ads, etc.

By seeing what’s available in the market, we can draw inspiration and generate new ideas for our creative projects. Additionally, shopping can increase blood flow, which can enhance cognitive function and creativity.
